So there is this guy called Craig Johnston that wrote a series of books about Walt Longmire, a fictional sheriff in a fictional town in Wyoming. Of course, most fiction is based on something real, and the town of Durant, Wyoming took this on to represent themselves. And a good job they did of it, too. Now, is Durant the real town, or the fictional one?

     What better reason to jump on your bike and have a look at Wyoming? Parts of it are really beautiful. Parts of it not so much. But of the course, the trip, through Montana, into Little Big Horn, through Yellowstone, the Chief Joseph Pass,over the Bear’s Tooth, was simply worth it on it’s own.
