The MacLeod Adventures

These pages are dedicated to my father, one of Tom Brokaw's "the Greatest Generation", Roderick John Angus MacLeod. His adventures were certainly worthy of the telling and are listed here in "The trail of the Comet."  If it isn't documented, then in a few short years it may as well never have happened.

Paul Theroux in Memory and Creation - The View from Fifty: "a nations literature is a true repository of thought and experience."

"Writing isn't about making money, getting famous, getting dates, getting laid, or making friends. In the end, it is about enriching the lives of those who will read your work, and enriching your own life as well."  Stephen King in "On Writing".
